Below is a list of the general schedule but subject to change, the Google Calendar below has the most accurate information as it is constantly updated and reflects any changes.  Clicking on the class in the calendar will bring up more information about it.

Note that class lengths of 60 or 75 minutes reflect time spent doing active workouts only.  All classes follow with at least 5 minutes (sometimes a little longer) of optional but recommended relaxation.
